How can I fix my lawnmower ?

My flymo lawnchief RL400 will not start . . It starts than cuts out after 10 seconds . The petrol is full . The oil was low so I top it up . I have changed the spark plug but no help . It starts for a short time than cuts out. Please any one , HELP
