How can I fix my neff built-in fan oven?

Very simple job Peter think you could manage and save a call out if you wanted. Only takes me 20 minutes including drinking coffee, but i am a Neff service engineer. cheers.

Many thanks Kenjo. That makes sense. I'll investigate but it may need a qualified engineer. I can't complain, we've had about ten trouble free years out of the cooker.

Element behind back panel is faulty, to replace isolate from mains, remove back panel inside oven, remove screws holding element and GENTLY ease forward so the wires do not pull off,(if wires difficult stop and remove oven from housing, remove rear of oven and note wires position) fit new element refit panels Cheers
