Help Troubleshooting - Smeg Dual Fuel Cooker?

Hi there,

I hope someone can help me! I know the basics of cookers (Recently replaced a heating element where I learned quite a bit).

I have a Smeg dual fuel electric cooker/gas hob standalone which is about 6 years old but is the same as the model link below.

**Symptoms**
(1) Power at wall switch working (Light on)
(2) Breaker fuse at fuse box (ON)
(3) Top small oven working fine
(4) Gas Hob is working fine
(4) Main oven is DEAD
(5) Clock isn't on (It's not flashing its DEAD)

I've read this could be the power at the back of the unit, maybe a thermal cut off?

OR - Is it more likely to be the control board OR the clock itself causing this main oven not to work?

Guessing I need a Multi-meter to diagnose deeper?

Any help would be extremely welcomed, trying to avoid an expensive £90 call out (central London) for an appliance repair man to diagnose!!
