Air blower on Citroen c5 hdi 2001 early model not working?

My Citroen C5 HDI 2001 air blower not working.Located the Thermister, which was not where most posts pointed me. It was on the passenger side and is a completely different unit to those on sale as 2001 parts. I don't know if the part works but there certainly is no power supplying it. The 4 wires are Grey , Blue , Green and Black. The 30A supply fuse under the bonnet is ok, but tracing the wires is not easy.

Thanks cdc, but I already checked all fuses and all check OK.
I have since managed to trace the wiring. All four wires go to the heater selector dial, with 2 extra Black and Red running to a Blue and Red connector, and then to A Black Red connector. After this What is now Black Red and White, fairly substantial wires go into a slot but I cannot determine where.

I have had problems with French motors before,check the relevant fuse and it is ok but they don`t mention a second fuse anywhere in the hand book so my advice is to remove all fuses individually to check,worth a go.
