Take off outside lower door panel. Then open door fully & along the bottom edge of door will be 3 screws holding the seal. Remove screws, slide old seal out and new one in. Take note of which side faces inward on the old seal as you remove it so that you get new seal back on the same way. Put 3 screws back, then outer door panel. Watch out for very sharp edge of inner door panel. Like a razor blade so don't rub your finger or hand down along the edge.
