What is causing washing program lights to flash?

I have an Electrolux Dishlex DX302WB*1. Each of the program cycle lights on the control panel flash quickly. They will not cancel by pushing the program or start button individually for many seconds nor togetther for many seconds. They will not cancel by turnning the appliance on and off on the control panel. When they are held in together the led panel flashes either IC or 1C. The dishwasher operated well, doing a complete cycle before this issue arose. The appliance has recently been transferred from one location to another and I am confident that it has been installed properly by reason of the successful complete cycle.
