no steam coming out?

I have a Morphy Richards Jet Steam Elite Pro, model:42298. The question is, the refill water tank indicator light is flashing!!!!! but the tank is full, any suggestions on a fix for this problem?

Hi everybody, I solved the problem. There is a float in the water tank and it was stuck in the "No water position" at the bottom, which ment it was not making contact with the water indicator. So I freed it using hot water in the tank, sloshing it about until it came unstuck.
