Pls Help - No heating on!?

My BGas RD 532 Condensing Boiler is playing up!
The hot water is working fine.
The heating is not coming on....
There is no error messages, and the control panel 'thinks' it is bringing the heat on.
Having randomly pushed buttons, the Chimney Sweep button seems to over-ride everything, the flame lights & the rad nearest the boiler begins to warm up, but not sure if I am damaging the boiler by doing this (can't see any troubleshooting that refers to this button?).
Pls help, I am freezing, thanks.

Thanks for that Eric.
Having spoken to several other people I have finally sorted it out & for others out there who may be in the same boat, I have added the solution below.
The boiler was fine, it was the thermostat that was the problem.
1. We removed the batteries from the T Stat for approx. 1/2 hour.
2. We added new batteries to the T Stat & put them into the unit.
3. We then pressed the Reset button on the boiler panel (denoted by a triangle with an exclaimation mark inside it)
4. The boiler then seemed to run through a set if tests.
5. Finally the radiators began to heat - SUCCESS!

Thanks again for you help & hope this may assist others.

I have same problem fewday ago finally reading different post come to know few things as after reseting it start and after a little burst voice comes and it stop again no heating and hot water.
if u look in bottom of boiler one piece of plastic pipe is attached this could b cooper as well in some boiler whos other end left open out side wall or that will b connect with drainage as this pipe take off exast condense water if this pipe is block combi boiler dont start. Need to b some presure thingi to blow up blockage. If u see in bottom of boiler one plastice container whos filled with solid parts of dirt this pipe is attached with one its very easy to take off from side u see a slider hook just puss out and it will split half litter of dirty water out need to wash it and place back to its position as it is attached only with two hooks. After doing this urs boiler will b ok. Keep an eye on boiler pressure gauge it should remain between 1 to 2 in normall
