Why is my induction hob tripping the mains when I try to switch it on? Electrician has checked all wiring up to the cooker outlet and confirmed it is all ok.
faulty pcb if recently failed after working OK..Also if you are on a house 30mA trip I have known them trip due to natural earth leakage but this is usually after being first installed.if it is a new install you need the hob putting on a separate trip circuit or the main trip switch put to 100mA
