till error pls-clerk on screen ?

Hi hope you can help l have a Geller sx-580 till turned on till this morning the screen reads pls error have done a clean but nothing helps can you please help Teresa

hi I have a geller sx 580 when I have turned the till on it is reading pls clerk and will not let me put any amount in but it will let me do an ex read but not a zed read can you help? thank you

Hi. Try turning the key to P (program) mode. Turn the power off at the wall for 5 seconds and then back on. Turn key back to R (register) mode.
