I have Neff double oven U1661. top one works OK . Lower does not light up nor heats up .. no fan noise either. I have changed new bulbs. Any help appreciated
My U1661 made a flash and bang when turned on and took out the main fuse. When turned back on, the main oven and clock didn't work. The problem was caused by the bulb blowing. A momentary short in the bulb vapourises some tracks on the main controller PCB (which has been discontinued). Bridging the burnt out tracks fixed it.

I have now looked at 3 examples of U1661 main oven not working after the bulbs were changed. Guess what I just did? It looks like the PCB that controls the main oven has been damaged. New parts are no longer available.

Check the clock is set for the time of day, and there are not any lights flashing.
