microwave won't heat food up?

Microwave oven won't heat food up, once necessary time has been set and start button has pressed. Rotating plate turns around and goes down in time on the timer and switches its self off once timer has finished, but food is still cold, could this be an internal fuse problem? Kenwood microwave and grill combo, model; KGTS23 1400-1500w.

if fuse has blown then its most likely the capacitor or the magnetron not a diy job mate the cap stores up to 10.000 volts depending on the model ,we use a tool to drain to earth
