machin drum is not moving?

Miele washing machine fills with water and then a "MAIN RINSES" light flashes indicating a fault. Cannot get rid of this or get the machine to function correctly.

I have followed the troubleshooting guide to no avail [Turn off, restart program etc]

If the machine is started, it appears to fill, then the program then goes to drain and skips the motor cycle. The drum does not move. I have checked the inlet filters, cleaned the filling chamber and dispenser, taken the top off [no burnt smell or broken belt and nothing visibly obviously wrong].
But in our country have no miele service center. What i Do?
