does the hitachi 37LD8D2OU C have a reset button?

my television will not stay on when I turn it on . The red standbye light turns green then immediately goes back to red. Is there a reset button on this model ? Can you offer another method to correct this situation? I believe it was a power surge that caused this despite the TV being plugged into a surge bar
