Won't drain?

NEFF S9J1F Following the washing cycle the machine won't drain.
No blockage outside. Not a lot more I can add.

when that fails,check out the drain hose where it goes into your sink,some dish washers have a duel pump,i.e when it turns one way it pumps water around the machine to wash,and when it reverses it pumps water out the sump never gets blocked its norm the impellar on the motor or hose at sink

Get down into the sump - the lowest point inside where the water collects - look for the cover over the drain pump impeller - take it off and pick out all the crud that's managed to collect there - tweezers might help.
