E07 error on Hoover optima OPH 714 D. Door will not open no matter what I d?

We have same problem but if you wait for lock indicator to go out then turn the programme selector to '0' (at the top) and wait a minute or so you may be able to open the door - ours does.

I had this problem with the same model last night. I tried spinning and draining the machine to no avail. Putting it on a "rapid 29'" wash seemed to do the trick for me. The red lock LED was still lit at the end of the wash but it let me open the door.

could be a motor issue or a door lock issue
