Hotpoint Ultima WF860 ?

Hi my washing machine has started to spurt water from the soap drawer and it is stopping with one minute left on the clock. It is not draining when you finally get the door open the clothes are sat in water

Does anyone have any ideas as I can't afford an engineer or a new washer at the moment
