How do a change the fuse in my Tecnik cooker hood. the light and fan are not working

my cooker hood works but the bulbs do not work ... changed bulbs but still not working ..... can you help ? is it a connection problem?

the fuse is in the spur unit or plug top no fuses in cooker hood its a 3 amp fuse it will have blown because the bulb has blown
