burner lights and burns ok with boiler front cover off as soon as you replace front cover the flames come out from under the front cover i have smoked the flue and is ok can you help thanks john
heat exchanger is sooted up. remove the combustion chamber cover and brush the heat exchanger. then clean the burner. so u have a good flame to stop the yellow sooting flame
