Fiter flap is bottom right of kickplate, open flap, pull out black drain tube and remove bung and drain water into a bowl. when machine empty open filter and remove debris, look into filter housing and check pump impellor is free to turn. Cheers..

you need to check drain pump and drain /tub hoses for blockages
