how can i fix my fisher & paykel fridge freezer model E521T?

I turned my fridge off and defrosted it for the day because there was ice built up in the freezer when i turned it back on only the freezer would freeze but the fridge would not even get cold and after setting the temp the lights keep flashing after a little bit it started beeping when the door was closed and wont stop till you prees one of the temp buttons. its a fisher & paykel fridge freezer model E521T
