broken pull cord?

The pull cord is broken on my tecumseh 35 petrol lawn mower. I don't know how to fix it and need some help

Which type of recoil is fitted? 4-bolt or 2 small screws holding it on?

Repair technique is similar for both. Do you have any broken parts (apart from the string)?
