Simpson Eziset 605 keeps filling with water?

have replaced pressure switch and blown tube which is clear. continues to keep filling with water to overflowing.

Nothing else it can be, go back over everything again. Did you connect the wires on the pressure switch correctly? When water level rises in bowl it pushes air up the tube and increased air pressure trips the pressure switch. This switch when it trips shuts off power to inlet valve and valve should close by action of a spring inside the inlet valve. So either pressure in tube is not building up due to a blockage or air leak, or pressure switch is not tripping or pressure switch does not shut power off to inlet valve (maybe wired wrong) or inlet valve sticks open. You need to set it to a lowest level. Start the fill and listen if you hear pressure switch trip or click. If you hear it and water still flows then check wiring or valve. If you don't hear it click and water level is way past the low level then look for blockage or air leak.

Checked the valve and it is working correctly. Checked pipes etc as suggested. Machine still overflowing with water.

Have you checked the water valve like I suggested? It is located in the panel. It is what the inlet hose screws on to.

Googled my problem which said to blow thru the air hose till it came out of the bowl, which it did and if still not fixed it said to replace pressure switch. Still overflowing. Where is the water valve located?

Why did you replace the pressure switch? Did you test it first or were just guessing? You have probably wasted the money buying a new one. I have never come across a faulty one yet, they are very reliable. Blowing down the air hose to clear any blockage is a good idea but have you thought of the possibility that the air is leaking out. Check the air hose for any pin holes or cracks from perishing or rubbing on the cabinet. Check that both ends have a tight seal. Then check water valve, it may not be turning off. Start the fill process, then interrupt it by pressing pause or lifting lid. Water flow should stop immediately. Any failure to shut off water or any hesitation longer than about 2 secs. means valve should be replaced.
