Iveco daily 35s9 wont start?

Anyone able to tell me what links my glow plug light on the dash board, to the vehicle not starting? it was left for 5 minutes in 20 degree sun, had run and started all day no problem. apart from the rev counter stopped working! got back in, switched ignition on, no glow plug light on dash board, engine turned over at good speed, but wouldn`t fire up. checked all fuses, and it started with cold start. got no spark when branched power accross to glow plugs directly, so not sure if there is a solenoid/relay issue. could it be an earth cable problem?

Need to mend your Iveco van?

Sounds like the crank sensor may be faulty. If you can start it with easy start check the rev counter if its not working change crank sensor. Raz March 2012

fuel gauge?

the van broke down would not start a freind put it on a computer reset somethings it runs fine . only problem is fuel gauge does not work and fuel lightstays on any ideas please iveco dailey o9 plate...

iveco 2002 tdi timing?

when i took the covers off the timing belt found that the bolt was missing from the center of the tensoner will cranking the engine using a strong arm against the chassie to to crack the crankshaft nut do any harm as the tensoner has movement in it....

got 2006 iveco diesel 2'3 go to it 10 times it will start fine go to it 10 mins later it wont start ,mess about with it put jump leads on it will start again then start again another 10 or 15 times,then plays up again...
