my megan door locks on the drivers side do not work?

on my drivers side i can not lock doors by the handle. but they will lock and unlock by key fob. some times when i have unlock the car all the locks keep locking and unlocking, ie, on off on off and so on.. the car i have is a megan sport tourer 1600cc, the year is 2005.
