How can I mend Frister rossmann Beaver 2?

the clutch is stuck on my machine so cannot turn it to fill spool bobbin?

The zigzag function no longer works on my Frister and Rossman Beaver 2. Any ideas?

my partner also has a Beaver 2 where the tension unit fell out. When I looked at it, I noticed that there is a little steel pin in the centre which opens the tension plates when you lift the foot. this pin has flattened ends to hold the unit together, the pin has broken and cannot be repaired so we need a new tension unit.
If you source a supplier I would be grateful for info

some machines have a small screw on the right below tension unit that is used to hold the tension unit or alternatively if you open left panel when globe is,check for screw horizontal in line with unit or vertically on top their may be a allen screw holding tension unit
