my fridge freezer keeps changing from super to normal and beeping ?

my fridge freezer keeps changing from super to normal and beeping without me touching it and it wont stop how do i stop it changing and beeping?

this is usually a sign that the temperature is to high in the fridge or freezer section.putting it to super might stop it but it should time out after so long and revert back to normal.
