This doesn't help much....But in your shoes I'd take the belt back, relate the problem and demand a Free Replacement. OR: Better still, phone them first, arrange a time for someone to be there in the shop to FREELY replace it for you.........If that doesn't solve the provblem...you know it's something else causing it.
