Landrover central locking?

My central looking is only partially working. All doors except the drivers door are opening. I can't put the key into the lock either. To open the drivers door, I have to centrally unlock passengers doors and then lean in and unlock the drivers door by hand then insert the key into the ignition before the alarm sounds
