I called panasonic and this is what they said...
make sure the phone is in the cradle and the speaker phone is off. Press program...until you get the ---- (dashes on the screen). Then press hold (0000 should pop up). Type in the time. Press # to go from am to pm then hit the memory button up top!
For future reference Panasonic's number is 1-800-211-PANA (or 1-800-211-7262)

Hope this helps.. to set the time on a Panasonic KXT 2375. (might be same as your 2365)

1 - Press PROGRAM.
2 - Press MUTE.
3 - Press "6".
4 - enter 4 digits for current time and hour.
e.g 9.15 am would be 0915.
5 - Press # repeatedly to choose either am, pm, or 24hr.
6 - Press PROGRAM.
