Sylvania LC320SLX Powers on then powers off?

I have this LCD TV here that powers on and lights up and you can see the words digital signal at the bottom then it cuts off. I have tried to cycle it off and on plenty of times with no luck. I have the set apart and have checked the board for burnt and bad resistors but cannot figure it out. Thanks to anyone that can help me.
