how to fix E20 on Zanussi Electrolux ZWF 1430 W?

We had E20 error regularly now E90 which we have replaced the on off switch and it seems the whole washer is throwing a tantrum with no spin no drain no finish so it is on its' side in the kitchen and husband is getting dirtier and saying bad words! we have cleaned the impeller and removed bra bones(apparently my fault) but are no further forward in fixing the problem

E20 is a draining issue.blockage in bottom hose,filter,waste hose,kitchen waste connection
Could also be a faulty drain pump.remove the pump and check the windings on the drain pump with a multimeter.Outside chance that it is a fault on the control pcb
