The softener isn't taken from the drawer despite numerous efforts at cleaning it. Have now given up and am using detergent with softener included. Also often leaves black marks on clean washing even though I have put empty hot washes on and used special washing machine cleaners. Have also noticed the machine is smelling a bit mouldy. Machine is about 6 years old. Is it time for a new machine or can this be fixed -any advice would be gratefully received? Thank you.
