i've changed the oil, cleaned the spark plug made sure it was sparking, changed the fuel and then spent half an hour pulling the starter rope, made sure it was on choke then took it off choke nothing help please.
you have to remove the carburettor cap, so that you can see the black plastic swimmer. The upper end of the swimmer needle is reaching in main jet made of brass. This main jet, I think, is congested. You have to unscrew it (be careful), then take a thin wire for to free it from the rusty rests
