rover 75 diesel 2003?

sometimes if you open the bleed nipple they bleed themselves with gravity,just shut off nipple and top up reservoir,also have someone in seat to pump pedal,open nipple, depress clutch,close nipple,pedal up,open nipple, depress clutch,close nipple,pedal up and so on and so on until you get a constant flow from nipple,top up reservoir,third option is a pressure bleeder which may have to go to a garage for.good luck
