you will have a problem with a 6 speed , on a 5 speed hub, it will not fit, one sprocket and spacer, too many, you will have to leave the highest sprocket off , thats the big one, to fit on the 5 speed hub, you will need a sprocket remover, and a chain whip, tool to hold the sprocket as you turn the sprocket lock nut, take it to a bike shop l;ike colin has said, its a easy job if you have the tools, the bike shop will do it in 5mins if there anyway good,,

Hi Max.
You need a removal tool from your bike shop. Its like a splined socket. Make sure you get the right one, there's several different types. To remove the sprockets, i think you turn it anticlockwise. Ideally you need a big vice or a big spanner. they can be very very hard to get off.
Alternatively, take both wheels to a bike shop, they'll have the right tools and do it for you...for a reasonable charge i hope.
