Likely problem is washer motor. If you have "intensive wash" fitted (second small resevoir on side of washer bottle) then swap washer motors. If not get a small bulb with a couple of wires attached (sidelight or similar) put wires into washer motor plug and see if it lights when washer tried. If so motor gone. If not, no power so probably washer/wiper control box. Get from scrapyard!.
