v40 alarm deactivation?

how can i disable the alarm on my volvo v40? the battery has gone dead so i need to jumpstart the car, but when i do the alarm goes off and the key fob will not switch it off (probably needs to be re-coded) but for now i just want to get the car started

what you need to do is get a good battery and connect your can to it and leave it for 20 mins to get some power back into your battery, dont try and start it ,and then try to open the car with the fob,should sort its self out, after that jump start it and run t for a bit to get the battery in the car back up to power
