Calibrating my watch?

When I got the watch back from the repair shop having had the battery replaced it was going but saying the wrong time./ I decided to take the battery out and replace it myself. The instructions say that the digital area should be blank, but mine wasnt. The digital clock is exact, but I cannot get fast second movement. It stops each time at the 8. It is 5 hours and 10 miutes slow.
