aprilia rs125 2008,no fuel getting to carb from tank?

got a 2008 rs 125,plenty of fuel in tank but none coming out tap to carb.

the fuel tap may be blocked up too inside the tank.i know the older rs 125 didnt have a vaccum tap but does the 2008 model ?how many pipes go to the tap?

take petrol pipe off carb. turn petrol tap on. to see if petrol comes out of pie from tank. if petrol comes out of pipe. then petrol needle stuck in carb it is under the float. and moves up and down to let petrol in to float bowlremove it and clean.
