How to change the time on a motile sport multi function watch?

Instruction for WR 30M watch

Chime:
Press and hold RESET button and then press MODE. If you want hourly chime ON - all the days will be displayed, press MODE button again to switch OFF the chime - all the DAYS will disappear.

Timer, Alarm, Time, Date and Day:
Press the MODE button and the first thing that comes for setting is TIMER. Use the START/RESET buttons to start or stop it.

Press and hold MODE button and then press 1 time it is the ALARM setting mode. Use RESET button to toggle between hr and min. Use START button to change hr and min.

Press and hold MODE button and then press 2 times it is the TIME and DATE setting mode. Use RESET button to toggle between hour, min, month, date and day. Use START button to change them.
