How can I fix my Nokia 3200?

I was fighting with my older brother and somehow my nokia 3200 got broken. When I switch it on, its asks for my pin code and then it just switches off. You can see that the phone is trying to turn on again (the display comes on but its not very bright) and its does so 3 times before giving up and it remains off. Is there any way to fix this and Im hoping that it doesnt cost a forune? I also live in the country so it will be hard to get to a Nokia centre to get it fixed. Is there anyway I can fix it myself? Ive tried swapping the batterey over and that doesnt help either.....
