Vaillant boiler VCW 242/282 EB, Hot water problems?

Hot water is excellent to other DHW taps in the house. Recently changed Kitchen mixer tap (aereated water ).Now kitchen tap runs cold, Servo valve doesnt open. Heats OK if tap head is disconnected.
Is there any adjustment to Servo Control Valve ?.
New diverter valve fitted 18 months ago.

My thoughts were on the same lines,
The tap in question was supplied with new kitchen and was quite expensive. The little lady likes the tap, so where do I go from here !. Would still like to increase water flow.

the boiler is fin the problem is with the taps as you have proved to your self.
I think there is too much restion in the out let of the tap.
