Internal pipe dripping as well?

I have a greenstar combi boiler that has packed in this afternoon, i have just left it flashing, until i can get outside to defrost it tomorrow. In the mean time it has developed a leak internally, from the joint in the pipe that comes out of the boiler and goes out the wall, which i am presuming is the condensation pipe. I have now switch it off at the mains, until morning, but what is this dripping is this just a back log of trapped water? what do you think i should do?
