Daqmsung LN 52B610?

I purchased a Samsung LN52B610 on 20 Dec 2009. The set has been working fine until 5 Jan 2010. When I turned the set on, no picture but sound was good. Tried the menu on the remote, nothing worked. I turned the set off for a few minutes and every thing worked fine. I have read on the internet this is a problem. The Temp. was 62F degrees in my home and about 22F degrees out side. Is this a problem that the backlight tubes are not turning on?. Note I have a Samsung LN46B610 that was purchased in July of 2009. This set has not experinced this problem.

Should I just return the set.I have 90 days to do so????
