where is the lever to pop the bonnet on my citroen szara picasso ?

Yes. The lever is under the glove compartment but that is only half the answer as it only releases the lock and allows a little lift of the bonnet. You also need to know that there is another lever under the front edge of the bonnet itself which you have to get your fingers behind and pull while lifting the bonnet fully.
