This fault could do with a scan with something like vagcom to see what fault codes have been logged.so many reasons on this model for low heat output.faulty stat,faulty water pump,faulty solenoid flaps,faulty aircon switch unit,faulty aux heater.try joining the rest of use owners at www.fgoc.co.uk for more info
