I have a Hitachi 43FWX20B with a picture problem?

My TV was purchased new about 2 years ago. When i moved I had cable installed with HD, the picture was excellent. Then I started having problems with the color or (convergence)
the lower half of the TV red and blue lines are all out of place. Ive tryed to magic focus automatically but that didnt work. Then I tryed manually doing it, still no change. the top half of the picture is a little blured and the bottom has that red blue problem.
so can someone tell me if it just needs cleaned or if there is a way to get that red blue problem solved?If someone can give me some helpful ideas or some trouble shooting stratagies i would apreciate it.
