painted walls 1 year ago ,moved out of room and paint started to crack scrapped paint off replastered waited a week then repainted,same thing has happened again has any one got a cheap remedy

RUB DOWN WALL WITH SAND-PAPER THEN DILUTE EMULSION WITH 10% WATER LET DRY SEE IF IT RE-CURS
