simpson eziset 750?

Hi my eziset 750 washes load than gets to spin cycle drains but does not spin than lid lock light flashes can open lid but won't spin

The same thing has happened to our machine I had to unscrew the two small screws on the right hand side of the lid. These screws hold the plastic locking mechanism in place. once you have the screws out you can open the lid and get the wet clothes out. but I still cannot use the washing machine can any body help?
